We collect the personal, contact, parish, sacrament, employment, identification, family and welfare information you provide, as well as the parish record being reviewed.

Why we collect it

We use it for legitimate parish administration, pastoral care, membership management, record correction and related parish activities.

Parish-only information

Information such as sacrament declarations, community and pastoral details remains within parish records, subject to applicable data-protection requirements. It is not welfare data merely because it forms part of your record.

Welfare information and recipients

If you participate in the welfare arrangement, the Parish may provide the responsible insurance company only the allowlisted information reasonably required to administer or provide welfare benefits.

Correction and contact

You may request correction through this portal or contact the parish office for assisted verification. Parish contact details must be confirmed before production launch.

Security

Access is restricted, administrative actions are audited, and sensitive information is protected in transit and at rest through the hosting and database controls.

Retention

Information is retained according to the Parish's approved records and legal obligations. A specific retention period will be added only after parish approval.
